Guide 01 · First launch
Confirm the business before building its signals.
The strongest first launch starts with operational truth: what the business actually does, where it actually serves and what it can prove.
1. Lock the real business identity
- Use the real-world business name consistently.
- Choose one authoritative phone number and website.
- Record the exact address or service-area operating model.
- Collect licenses, signage, vehicles and other relevant proof before verification.
2. Validate the location
- Confirm customers are served face-to-face where required.
- Do not build location assets around mailboxes or invented offices.
- Document hours and staffing that reflect actual operations.
- Evaluate one strong eligible location before expanding.
3. Match profitable intent
- List specific customer problems rather than only broad service categories.
- Separate emergency, planned, repair and replacement intent.
- Prioritize services with real capacity and meaningful job value.
- Build the clearest high-intent opportunity first.
4. Prepare the implementation
- Assign one page to one clear search problem and customer outcome.
- Add real evidence, service boundaries and conversion paths.
- Keep business information identical across owned assets.
- Review proposed changes before editing core profile fields.
5. Define measurement before launch
- Track qualified calls, forms, appointments and closed work.
- Record which service and location produced each lead.
- Establish the starting baseline before changes go live.
- Judge the build by revenue signals—not impressions alone.
